Sworn translations are required for the presentation of documents to official bodies and authorities in the language of the relative country. They usually regard tenders, school documentation, testaments, criminal records, etc.

Authentications/apostilles are required for international acts. Authentications are performed either at the Public Prosecutor’s Office or at the Prefecture, or, in some cases, at the Consulates and Embassies of the relative countries.

Sworn translations and authentications/apostilles are  carried out  exclusively by sworn translators registered with the Court and the Chamber of Commerce.
